perfect location friendly staff beautiful room

The hotel location was perfect. It was really handy for getting to everything i wanted to see! the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great advice. our room was beautiful and clean, what a treat! i really appreciated the attention to detail.

the room tv system wasn't working, a little bit disappointing. i was hoping to relax and watch something in the evening.

The bar area was nicely decorated. It was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. i tried a few cocktails and they were all delicious! the breakfast area was very well-organized.

the location is central i could easily walk to nearby attractions the room had tea and coffee facilities this was convenient complimentary water was provided upon arrival

the door into the rooms was quite small it was a little difficult to manage

lovely staff modern room safe atmosphere

I found the staff accommodating. Francesca really were very good when my arrival was early. the rooms are modern and quite gorgeous. i felt safe as a solo female traveller !!!

small sink basic bathroom

the staff was very friendly, especially the girl at the front desk, she was really nice.

I was very disappointed by our room. there wasn't a phone to contact reception. the worst part was the bathroom. It was very basic and the sink was so small. i could barely fit my hands in it
